We do our best to develop quality resources that are easily customizable, save countless man-hours and provide great value at a fraction of the cost. Nevertheless, if you feel that a certain resource you have purchased from us may not serve your purpose, you may ask for a refund. Just write an email to support@modelorganization.com mentioning your order number in the subject and affording us the reason for a refund within 7 days of your purchase. 

Please note that the following terms & conditions apply for refunds:

• Scope: The refund policy is applicable on downloadable resources on ModelOrganization. If you have engaged us for a consulting service, please refer to the mutually agreed terms & conditions for that specific engagement.
• Time Limit: The request for refund must be received within 7 days of the purchase.
• Refund Amount: We offer refunds in the form of a discount voucher equal to your order value or a refund of the order amount net of charges (6.5% of the order value + $0.35) deducted by our payment processor while processing your order.
• Refund Period: We strive to provide a refund within 7 days of processing the customer’s refund request. If you had opted for a bank transfer and haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@modelorganization.com.

• Before making a purchase: Please ask for more details at support@modelorganization.com if you face any issue in ascertaining that a resource is the right fit for you. After understanding your requirement, we may provide you with more details, suggest a more relevant product or offer you a consulting service best suited to your needs.
• After making a purchase: If you face any difficulty in customizing a resource for your organization, please let us know at support@modelorganization.com. We will be happy to resolve a quick query. In case you want our consultancy services to customise the resource for your organization, we will give you a discount equal to the resource price so that you don’t have to pay two times to fix the same problem.
• In case of a refund: If you still want a refund, please provide us a reason so that we can make our products and offerings more suitable to serve our clients’ needs.
